Thanks to its unique temperature and humidity control, the Hold-o-mat is the most exact low-temperature production and warming device and is accurate to +/- 1 degree. A total of 18/24 metres of the finest heating cable ensures uniform warmth even when the doors are opened repeatedly. The Hold-o-mat features a sophisticated dehumidifying system that keeps breaded dishes crispy.

The optional core temperature probe is magnetically coupled and can be stowed away safely when not in use. It can be connected at any time and is detected automatically.

Affixed to a wall bracket, the Hold-o-mat no longer takes up valuable work space on the countertop. The higher position enables an effective view of the operating display.
If moved frequently (catering, party service, etc.), we can refit your Hold-o-mat at cost: we install solid metal handles and add hard plastic feet.
When cooking for a large turnout, the Hold-o-mat cart is the ideal solution. It is extremely stable, easy to manoeuvre and has an integrated power strip. With just one energy source, four Hold-o-mats are ready for action.
